新质生产力赋能企业高质量发展路径研究——以廊坊市企业为例

摘要

如今，廊坊市企业在推动高质量发展过程中面临生产力提升慢等瓶颈问题，本文引入新质生产力赋能理论，旨在探讨技术创新、产业转型和管理提升等路径。首先，识别廊坊市企业在转型中的关键瓶颈，涵盖技术创新、产业结构调整、资金投入等方面的问题。然后，通过定量分析，结合廊坊市企业的具体情况，构建了一个综合考虑技术、管理和市场因素的优化模型。最后，结合优化模型引入适合廊坊市企业的高质量发展路径，包括优化资源配置、推动科技创新、强化人才引进与管理提升等措施。新质生产力的影响下，京东方（河北）移动显示技术有限公司2019年完成累计投资额超过30亿元人民币，2020年，公司实现营业收入43.68亿元。本研究以廊坊市典型企业为实践指导，结合新质生产力的影响，有助于实现地方经济的高质量发展。
