“剩菜盲盒”在减少食品浪费中的应用

摘要


“剩菜盲盒”是一种新奇的商业模式,通过盲盒形式售卖临期食物来减少食物浪费。本文在已有文献的基础上,从运作机制、消费者行为以及社会效应方面进行探讨,并得出结论,“剩菜盲盒”运用随机性削弱消费者的消极感知,利用价格激励和环保符号激发购买意愿。TGTG这类数字平台可以借助动态供需匹配降低食品损耗,但不可忽视平台存在的质量信息不对称信任风险。本文进一步揭示这一模式的环保属性与娱乐性之间的关系,为反食品浪费活动的开展提供跨学科的理论视角,以推动该模式在未来可持续发展中的应用。
