澳大利亚公司高管薪酬与股东利益案例研究

摘要


本文通过澳大利亚上市公司:AGL能源有限公司(AGL)的股东在2016年反对高管薪酬报告的案例研究,讨论高管薪酬和股东之间的利益冲突问题的。案例中股东主要反对CEO的不合理薪酬,因此本文将着重讨论CEO的薪酬方案。
