瑞士是全世界创新能力最强的国家之一。瑞士通过一系列的政策工具，帮助初创企业实现从创意到研发，再到市场推广、规模扩张各阶段的发展。分析和借鉴它的经验，对于中国完善初创企业的政策支撑体系，进一步加强国家创新体系建设，具有重要的现实意义。
