企业绩效与高管薪酬相关性研究综述

摘要

企业绩效指的是组织、团体或者个人在一定的条件和环境下完成任务的出色程度，其是对目标实现程度及达成效率的衡量与反馈。正确认识企业绩效与高管薪酬之间的关系有助于我们更加合理的科学的评估企业绩效。文章将从企业绩效的衡量、高管薪酬的影响因素、企业绩效与高管薪酬相关性三个方面进行综述，并站在不同的视角以及不同的研究方法探讨两者之间的相关性。
