对货币形态演进视角下数字货币发展与监管的思考

摘要

数字经济的快速发展促进了数字货币的产生，中央银行发行的主权数字货币在一定程度上反映了未来可能的数字货币发展方向。随着大数据、云计算等技术与传统金融领域的融合逐渐加快，数字现金应运而生并引起人们的关注。本文梳理了数字现金技术与实践的起源、理论模型的演变和实践的进展，试图总结数字现金的演进规律和趋势，分析数字现金对主权国家和全球金融体系可能产生的影响。本文针对现代货币形态的演变出发，对数字现金的发展脉络展开梳理，并进一步推测数字现金的未来发展方向，以及对现存的缺陷和矛盾提出合理的建议。
