探讨英国基础设施规划的体系和挑战--以电力网络部门为例

摘要


本文首先简要概述了英国基础设施规划体系的概况并提出了其面对的四个不同方面的挑战。然后以其中具体的组成部分-电力网络部门为实例具体分析。结合到英国的实际国情,在面对发展电网基础设施规划期间所面临的挑战,本文也简述了一些电网未来发展的可能趋向。
