垂直住房开发，关于控制巴厘岛建筑高度的地区法规

摘要

巴厘岛省关于建筑物高度的地区法规自 1974 年至今一直为人所知。旅游业的发展对巴厘岛的高价土地产生了
影响，特别是在城市地区和旅游住宿区。城市居民数量的增加和像样住房的大量短缺，通过 2011 年开始的国家计划，
引发了对垂直住房开发的讨论。巴厘岛的垂直住房发展并没有得到地区政府和社区的最佳回应。然而，住房的需求和其
他各种因素都在增加，而且现有的方案也没有解决。因此，巴厘岛人民即便不愿意不喜欢也必须做好准备去接受城市地
区的垂直住房发展。那么，这种监管控制与该计划是什么关系？效果如何？通过这项研究，我们将从质量上进行追踪。
