废纸煤灰部分替代混凝土中的水泥

摘要


混凝土是世界建筑业中用途广泛的建筑材料之一。水泥是混凝土中的主要粘合剂,其生产过程既不经济又不环
保。为了缓解这些问题,正在使用生产成本低、二氧化碳排放量低、能耗低的替代材料。因此,本研究的目的是研究废
纸煤灰作为水泥替代材料在混凝土生产中的作用。因此,研究了废纸灰的化学成分,并用 0%、5%、10%、15%和 20%
的废纸灰替代水泥。为了检验纸灰在混凝土生产中的适用性,研究了其对 C–25 混凝土新鲜和硬化性能的影响。从本研
究的结果可以看出,废纸灰分的化学成分不符合火山灰材料的要求。纸灰延长了混合水泥浆的凝结时间,提高了其正常
稠度。置换率高达 10%的水泥浆显示出标准范围内的正常稠度。在制备混凝土混合物后立即测试混凝土的工作性,而在
养护 7 天和 28 天后测试抗压强度。结果表明,含废纸灰分的混凝土的和易性随着废纸灰分含量的增加而降低。混凝土
抗压强度显著提高。用高达 10%的废纸灰代替普通硅酸盐水泥,其抗压强度优于传统混合料。5%和 10%的替代品分别
提高了 5.6%和 1.2%。但随着废纸灰分替代量增加超过 10%,抗压强度降低。含 5%废纸灰的混凝土的最高抗压强度为
37.89kN/m2。
