补充胶凝材料和化学添加剂对水凝混凝土物理、力学 和耐久性能影响的综述

摘要


掺入辅助胶凝材料(SCM)和化学添加剂(CA)以改变混凝土的性能。在本文中,粉煤灰(FA)、粒状高
炉渣(GGBS)、硅灰(SF)、稻壳灰(RHA)、甘蔗渣灰(SBA)和轮胎衍生燃料灰(TDFA)等 SCM))对混合混
凝土进行审查。FA(25–30%)、GGBS(50–55%)、RHA(15–20%)和 SBA(15%)可安全用于替代波特兰水泥。
FA需要活化,而 GGBS经历了原位活化,其中存在其他碱。RHA和 SBA中的活性二氧化硅很容易与水泥基体中的
游离 Ca(OH)2发生反应,从而产生二次 C-S-H凝胶并赋予混凝土强度。SF添加涉及混凝土中的物理作用和化学
作用。TDFA含有 25-30%的 SiO2和 30-35%的 CaO,被认为是一种合适的二次火山灰材料。在这篇综述中,特别强
调了各种化学添加剂及其在保护钢筋免受腐蚀方面的作用。还讨论了用于新应用的专用混凝土,即自固化、自修复、
超疏水、电磁(EM)波屏蔽和自调温混凝土。
