用霍尔效应传感器测量润滑剂的性能:污染和粘度的研究
摘要
业机器润滑剂在运行过程中金属颗粒的污染水平,并预测润滑剂条件不符合标准时的更换周期(NAS1638)。金属粒子的污染
水平与霍尔效应传感器的输出电压直接相关。当金属粒子向永磁体有任何移动时,测量的结果就被转移到计算机上进行分
析。该方法可用于实验用于润滑剂的条件,以评估污染和机器罐内或管道内残留的金属颗粒,以及工业过程中使用的汽车润
滑油和其他润滑油的条件。
