浅谈建筑工程施工文件收集的心得

摘要

建筑行业是我国经济发展的支柱产业之一,施工单位在建设工程的地位尤为重要,而施工单位在施工过程
中形成的一系列关于书面、图像等形式的资料极其的多及繁琐,需要具有专业知识极强和有较强责任心的资料员进
行收集和整理,项目资料员负责整个项目,工程施工过程的资料的收集、整理、保存留档,保证施工过程中资料的
完整,检查施工手续是否存在,并且还需要保证资料编制是否和规范,不规范的资料要及时反馈并及时整改。项目
里面有严格的责任负责制,岗位分化也非常明确。施工文件资料同时在施工过程中的地位也极为重要,关系到施工
工序、工程验收能否顺利进行同时也关系到竣工验收后的竣工验收备案,施工资料的归档和移交是施工过程中最后
一步重要的程序,保证以后对本施工有问题可以有查询的依据,本文针对建筑工程施工单位的施工文件资料应如何
收集管理的做出了进行分析,提出一些个人看法及自己心得,希望能与同行共同探讨如何收集施工文件资料,应对
工作中出现未能提供很好解决方法的问题。
