使用生物燃料时发动机热量对零件腐蚀的影响

摘要


生物柴油是一种可再生的运输燃料,由脂肪酸甲酯(FAME)组成,通常由植物油和动物脂肪的酯交换反应产生。在此综述了12种常见生物柴油原料的脂肪酸(FA)组成,在各种原料中存在相当大的成分变异性。例如,椰子、棕榈和牛脂含有大量的饱和脂肪酸;而玉米、油菜籽、红花、大豆和向日葵中则以不饱和脂肪酸为主。这项研究的目的是研究使用生物燃料对热力发动机的腐蚀影响。
