摘要

With the advent of the"Internet Plus"era， usingtheinternet and other information technologies has become an important wayand direction to improve the scientific level of communist party buildingfor college students. Therefore， to develop a new model of partymemberdevelopment for college students is to utilize the new media platforms andtechnologies to innovate the education position of party members， thelifestyle of party organization， the management of party member and theteaching methods.
