O*NET 缘起 DOT——劳动力市场变革与新一代职业分析系统

摘要

O*NET是一项由某国劳工部为适应21世纪劳动力市场变革，以及全球竞争加剧而开发的旨在解决就业问题的职业分析系统。O*NET作为目前某国主要的职业信息来源，替代了劳工部于20世纪30年代开发的《职业名目词典》成为了某国主要的职业信息搜索工具。它强调当代概念框架，数据库灵活与自动化，并通过开发者与使用者共同加强数据库，在帮助求职者找到所需培训和工作的同时，亦可帮助雇主找到在市场上具有竞争力的求职人员。O*NET对于理解迅速变化的劳动力市场至关重要。
