基于神经科学模型的创新管理学结构优化设计与经济学 讨论：以湖南医药学院学生档案管理系统为例

摘要

学生档案的安全性是社会关注的主要问题之一，也是当前基于中国高等院校的管理学难点，我们尝试利用
神经科学模型对相关的学生档案管理和梳理进行了优化，调动各相关部门在低成本的情况下进行科学的人力资源管
理设计，人类神经科学的神经元模拟模型可以有力地辅助我们，据此我么对档案管理进行了科学的设计。
