尿毒症继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进术后低血钙的预测因素

摘要

目的：探讨尿毒症继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进患者行甲状旁腺切除术后低血钙危险因素为临床早期干预提供
理论依据。方法：回顾2020年03月16日至2022年06月30日在我科行甲状旁腺切除术+自体移植术（TPTX+AT）82
例患者资料，根据患者血钙水平，将患者分为低血钙组和对照组，采用多元Logistic回归分析确定术后发生严重低钙
血症危险因素。结果：82例患者术后发生低血钙63例，多元回归分析显示术前甲状旁腺激素、碱性磷酸酶（ALP）、
血钙浓度是术后发生低血钙的危险因素。结论：术前甲状旁腺激素、碱性磷酸酶（ALP）、血钙浓度是术后发生低血
钙的危险因素。
