护士死亡工作自我能力的影响因素分析与对策

摘要

护士是当前临终关怀的主要实施群体，但普遍存在着在应对患者死亡时自我能力缺乏的问题，护士死亡工
作自我能力水平较低，护士之所以死亡工作自我能力缺乏，是由多方面因素造成的。本文先分析其现状，再分析影
响因素，并提出干预策略，以此提高护士死亡工作自我能力。
