2022 年埃塞俄比亚亚的斯亚贝巴公立医院护士的职业压 力和相关因素

摘要


背景:从本质上讲,护理行业面临着巨大的压力。在这个领域工作包括与已经承受巨大压力的个人互动。工作场所压
力会影响所提供服务的质量,也会导致员工倦怠、离职和旷工。目的:本研究旨在评估 2022 年埃塞俄比亚亚的斯亚贝巴公立
医院护士的职业压力及其相关因素。方法和材料:2022 年 3 月 1 日至 4 月 1 日,在公立医院工作的 422 名护士中进行了一项
基于机构的横断面研究。采用简单随机抽样技术选择公立医院。数据是通过使用自行填写的结构化问卷(扩展护理压力量表)
收集的。收集的数据通过 Epi 数据 3.1 版输入,并通过 SPSS 23 版进行分析。二元逻辑回归用于评估因变量和自变量之间的相
关性。最后,使用文本、表格和图表来描述研究变量。结果:研究发现 198 名护士(47.8%)存在职业压力。护士中与职业压
力显著相关的因素是生孩子(无:AOR=0.46,95%CI:0.22,0.96)和轮班(轮换:AOR=2.89,95%CI:1.87,4.45)。儿童的存
在和受访者的工作变动是与工作压力显著相关的个人特征。因此,亚的斯亚贝巴公立医院应与相关方合作,制定一项减轻压
力的计划,以解决护士的职业压力。
