1例副肿瘤性天疱疮伴呼吸衰竭患者的护理

摘要

本文总结1例副肿瘤性天疱疮合并呼吸衰竭的护理经验。护理要点包括：心理护理，预防交叉感染，气道护理，PICC导管的护理，全身皮肤黏膜的护理，用药护理。经过2周多的精心治疗和护理，患者顺利脱机，皮损情况较前好转，转入普通病房继续治疗。
