鼻呼出一氧化氮在嗜酸性粒细胞型慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉作用
摘要
回顾性分析 2020 年 1 月-2022 年 1 月在深圳市龙岗区耳鼻咽喉医院就诊的慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者 42 例,均行功能性鼻内
镜手术,分为无复发组(ECRSwNP)和复发组(REECRSwNP),比较两组手术前后 nNO、VAS 评分、鼻内镜 Lund-Kennedy
评分、外周血嗜酸性粒细胞百分比,双侧鼻息肉组织嗜酸性粒细胞个数(本研究仅仅是进行了组间比较,体现不了鼻呼出一
氧化氮价值,设计还不够)。结果 42 例患者中复发 12 例,复发率 28.57%,ECRSwNP 组术后 1 年的 nNO 水平、VAS 评
分、鼻内镜 Lund-Kennedy 评分低于术前,具有统计学差异(P<0.05);RECRSwNP 组术后 1 年的 nNO 水平、VAS 评分无
统计学差异(P>0.05);RECRSwNP 组术后 1 年的鼻内镜 Lund-Kennedy 评分低于术前,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。ECRSwNP
组术前的 nNO 水平低于 RECRSwNP 组,具有统计学差异(P<0.05);ECRSwNP 组与 RECRSwNP 组术前的 VAS 评分无统
计学差异(P>0.05);ECRSwNP 组术后 1 年的 nNO 水平、鼻内镜 Lund-Kennedy 评分低于 RECRSwNP 组,具有统计学差异
(P<0.05)。ECRSwNP 组 PB-EOS%、T-EOS 均低于 RECRSwNP 组,具有统计学差异(P<0.05);两组 PB-EOS%、T-EOS
分别与 nNO 水平呈负相关。结论 nNO 可作为潜在的评估指标之一,协助判断嗜酸性粒细胞型慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉的预后。
