食管癌肝转移：诊断、治疗和未来展望回顾

摘要

背景：肝转移在食管癌患者中很常见，并且仍然是发病率、死亡率和生活质量下降的重要原因，尽管在过
去研究中食管癌远处转移患者的整体管理取得了相当大的进步。了解食管癌肝转移的诊断、治疗和未来展望回顾对
于提高该患者群体的生存率、保持功能和控制症状至关重要。方法：在中国知网、Google Scholar、PubMed数据库
使用以下搜索词搜索，“肝转移与食管癌和病理生理学”，“肝转移与食管癌”等。以确定与肺癌肝转移相关的论文。
结论：食管癌肝转移的预后较差，早期诊断、综合治疗策略和持续的研究努力对于改善患者预后至关重要。新兴治
疗和个性化方法的整合可能是提高食管癌肝转移患者生存率和生活质量的关键。
