康复运动训练对老年稳定型心绞痛患者的影响

摘要

目的：研究有氧联合抗阻训练能否改善老年稳定性心绞痛患者运动耐量及生活质量；方法：老年稳定性心绞
痛患者 90 例依据是否接受有氧联合抗阻训练分为：观察组 45 例：有氧运动联合抗阻训练 + 常规治疗；对照组：常规治疗；
结果：观察组治疗后 6 分钟步行距离及生活质量显著高于对照组（p<0.05）；结论：有氧联合抗阻训练可以有效改善老年
稳定型心绞痛患者运动耐量及生活质量。
