胰岛素抵抗对非酒精性脂肪肝发生的机理探讨

摘要

非酒精性脂肪肝病(nonalcoholic fatty liver disease，NAFLD)，作为一个全球性的流行病，已成为发达国家和富裕地区慢性肝病中的第一大病种。作为一种代谢综合症，NAFLD可在短期内发展为不可逆的肝损害，影响肝病患者生活质量和预期寿命。胰岛素抵抗对NAFLD发生发展有一定的作用。然而，目前对胰岛素影响NAFLD的机制了解仍不深入，本文拟对其进行探讨。
