下胫腓联合损伤的诊疗进展

摘要

下胫腓联合损伤可单独出现，但在踝关节骨折中更常见，若不能及时诊治，则会导致踝关节失稳，并出现相关并发症。由于其解剖结构复杂，提升了诊疗的难度，进行体格检查和影像学检查，对明确诊断有重要作用。下胫腓联合损伤以手术治疗为主，金属螺钉固定仍是治疗的金标准，弹性固定方式更符合踝关节生理特性，临床应用效果满意度高，具有较好的应用前景。
