1例先天性髋关节脱位借助3D打印行人工髋关节置换护理体会

摘要

目的 探讨成人高位先天性髋关节脱位在3D打印技术辅助下行双侧人工髋关节置换的护理方法。方法 回顾性分析并总结某部队医院骨科收治的1例成人高位先天性髋关节脱位手术患者临床资料。结果 借助3D打印技术为患者进行双侧全髋关节置换，术后其疼痛缓解，功能恢复良好。结论 成人高位先天性髋关节脱位病例罕见、手术复杂，护理难度大，故围术期给予针对性护理措施对关节置换是否成功非常重要。
