股骨颈干角与盆骨倾斜度关系的研究

摘要

目的：探究股骨颈干角与盆骨倾斜度之间的关系。方法：2021 年 7月 ～ 2022 年 11 月进入我院骨关节外科接受人工全髋关节置换术的30 例强直性脊柱炎髋关节僵直患者，分别行骨盆 CT 平扫加三维重建、股骨远端 CT 平扫，分别测量骨盆倾斜角度及股骨颈干角。结果：探究股骨颈干角与盆骨倾斜度之间存在线性相关。结论：股骨颈干角与盆骨倾斜度之间存在相关性，同时根据两者之间的线性关系，对于患者行人工全髋关节置换术过程中前倾角的定位及术后髋关节功能改善、减少假体脱位发生概率有一定的帮助。
