单核细胞/高密度脂蛋白胆固醇比值在2型糖尿病中的研究进展

摘要


全世界糖尿病(T2DM)的患病率急剧增加,高血糖的损害作用分为微血管并发症(糖尿病肾病、神经病变和视网膜病变)和大血管并发症(冠状动脉疾病、外周动脉疾病和中风),大量研究表明单核细胞/高密度脂蛋白胆固醇比值(MHR)是炎症指标,MHR具有简单易测和稳定性等优点,未来可能成为糖尿病微血管病变及大血管并发症的预测因子。本文就MHR在2型糖尿病中作用的研究进展作一综述。
