粉煤灰和不同细度磨砂替代水泥对砂浆碱硅反应的影响
摘要
尽管已证明粉煤灰(FA)可用于防止ASR膨胀,但目前的文献中并未明确定义填料效应和 FA细度对ASR膨胀的影
响。因此,本研究旨在检验填料和 FA细度对ASR砂浆膨胀的影响。具有两种不同细度的 FA被用于替代普通波特兰
水泥(OPC),其粘合剂的重量百分比为 20%。与 FA相同细度的河沙(RS)也被用于以与 FA相同的速率替代OPC。
本文用RS(一种惰性材料)代替OPC以观察 FA对ASR的填充效果。结果表明,与对照砂浆相比,FA和RS提供
了较低的ASR膨胀。本研究中的细粉煤灰和粗粉煤灰在减轻砂浆的ASR膨胀方面具有几乎相同的效果。对于填料
效果,较小颗粒的RS对ASR降低的影响大于具有较粗颗粒的RS。通过用 FA和RS部分替代来降低砂浆混合物中的
OPC含量,可以显着缓解ASR膨胀。
