纳米颗粒改性粉煤灰混凝土的表面硫酸盐侵蚀研究

摘要


在混凝土与海水、沼泽水、地下水、污水、淡水等相互作用的情况下,混凝土结构的硫酸盐侵蚀是一个主
要的耐久性问题。在这项研究中,作者将粉煤灰(FA)和纳米颗粒等补充性胶凝材料一起加入到传统混凝土中,旨
在提高混凝土对硫酸盐渗透的抵抗力。这项工作的重点是了解用纳米颗粒改性的粉煤灰混凝土在表面硫酸盐侵蚀
下的降解情况。作者制作了FA和用2wt%的纳米二氧化钛(FAT)、纳米CaCO3(FAC)以及纳米二氧化钛和纳米
CaCO3的1:1比例(FATC)改性的混凝土混合物。试样在3%的硫酸铵和硫酸钠中暴露90天。本文对所有试样的劣
化效应和微观结构特性的变化进行了比较研究。结果显示,与FA混凝土相比,FAT、FAC和FATC混凝土在硫酸铵
和硫酸钠溶液中已经变坏。用粉煤灰部分替代水泥,减少了可自由使用的活性铝酸盐的数量。粉煤灰对游离石灰的
消耗防止了与硫酸盐的反应。粉煤灰混凝土抗硫酸盐侵蚀的性能可以通过减少C3A含量来实现,从而减少可用的Ca
(OH)2,并减少有害的埃特灵石和石膏的发展可能性。
