尼日利亚绿色建筑回顾与可持续建筑环境的响应性建筑 材料

摘要


尼日利亚建筑材料的高成本已经成为获得体面环境的一个严重问题,特别是对于低收入者来说,他们发现很
难建造一个负担得起的体面住房。对于低收入群体来说,这更为严重,他们面临的挑战因多种因素而变得复杂,包
括建筑材料成本的不断增加。市民买不起像样的建筑材料,这使得环境受到污染,很难建造一座环保型建筑。该研
究旨在通过审查绿色建筑和可持续建筑材料的原则,确定可持续建筑材料在解决尼日利亚绿色建筑和经济适用住房
建设方面的潜力。审查的目的是汇编尼日利亚发现的不同可持续建筑材料的可用数据,这些材料可用于降低建筑材
料成本,从而增强建筑环境中的绿色建筑。该研究采用了相关文献的定性数据分析。审查表明,尼日利亚现有当地
材料的再利用提供了生态友好的环境,并促进了建筑经济的有效性。能源、水和资源控制的效率已成为促进绿色建
筑和可持续建筑环境的相关因素。降低建筑成本的可持续材料最好描述为其资源效率高,由可再生材料制成,并且
无毒。
