基于层次分析法模型和地理信息的二级城镇 未来潜在CBD区的适宜性分析

摘要


很久以前,自发的大都市发展被拒绝安排,而大都市发展的结果是大都市问题。使用 AHP 模型的基于 GIS
的场地适宜性调查按照以下标准进行:土地利用、民众传播、水组织、废物组织和街道组织。合理的发展区域是通
过主感决定的,最后决定加权值的成对检验格。这篇论文发现了第 2、7、6区的大部分预期城市发展。理想情况下,
正确的地点是那些无疑可以实现未来大都市改善的目的地,并且拥有所有必要的办公室和可访问的商业、机械设备。
官方用地,适度和非常合理的地点需要一些办公室,例如,良好的用水,废物管理,街道组织和土地利用改善。没
有多少和一半合理的目的地需要大量包含办公室和更新当前土地使用以应对可能的大都市活动。这些数据对于策略
制定者来说很有价值,可以将措施安排为该地区场地合理性检查的令人满意的逻辑循环,以避开大都市问题并保证
事态的实际转变。
