摘要

本文探讨了移动技术在紧急情况下在信息访问和检索中的应用。这项研究有必要让图书馆和用户更多地了
解移动技术为使用移动设备访问和检索信息带来的可用机会。就像在 covid-19大流行期间关闭图书馆和其他机构一
样，这是一种无法预料的紧急情况，导致经济关闭数月；学生、教职员工、研究人员和全体民众都无法访问实体图
书馆。许多信息用户缺乏关于他们的移动设备在访问他们选择的信息方面的功效的信息。然而，该论文发现图书馆
