奥韦里都市低收入住宅区入住后的改造及其对美观布局 的影响

摘要


奥韦里大都会低收入住宅区的住房单元在外部和内部空间以及场地和房地产布局方面都进行了重大修改。四
个屋村入住后的改造性质;阿拉丁马房地产(AHE)、联邦房地产 Egbeada(FHEE)、Trans Egbu 房地产(TEHE)、
世界银行房地产(WBHE),包括增加房间、更改现场布置、更改围栏设计、更改屋顶图案。研究了商店空间的增加、
整体改造和用途的改变,并分析了这些未经授权和规划不良的改造对研究区域美学布局的影响。使用一个比例样本
检验来分析研究假设,结果表明,这些屋苑的入住后修改显著影响了所研究屋苑的美学布局。提出了以下建议:;
研究区域的开发控制需要采取更加务实和积极的行动,以执行现有的建筑法规,尽量减少挫折和建筑覆盖率,这是
大多数布局所标榜的。未来的住房设计应更加灵活,以适应一定程度的修改,开发控制将对其进行监控。
