电子学习对医学教育的影响
摘要
度、时间,通常还包括媒体,使他们能够定制体验以满足他们的个人学习目标。在不同的医学教育背景下,电子学
习似乎至少与传统的讲师指导方法(如讲座)一样有效。学生并不认为电子学习取代了传统的讲师指导培训,而是
对其的补充,形成了混合学习策略的一部分。在医学教育中支持电子学习的发展中的基础设施包括存储库或数字图
书馆,以管理对电子学习材料的访问、技术标准化的共识以及对这些资源进行同行评审的方法。电子学习为教师提
供了许多研究机会,同时也为记录奖学金提供了持续的挑战。电子学习技术的创新指向教育革命,允许学习个性化
(自适应学习),加强学习者与他人的互动(协作学习),并转变教师的角色。将电子学习融入医学教育可以促进向应
