使用烧结粉煤灰骨料的结构性轻质混凝土的耐用性

摘要


本研究的目的是探讨由烧结粉煤灰骨料制成的轻质结构混凝土的耐久性问题。本文对 12个混凝土系列的吸
水率、透水性和抗冻融性进行了耐久性研究。此外,用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析了几种混凝土的微观结构。在
耐久性研究中,考虑到了以下参数的影响:烧结粉煤灰的初始含水量(mc=0,17-18和 24-25%);骨料等级(4/8和
6/12毫米);以及水灰比(w/c=0.55和 0.37)。由于不同的成分,混凝土显示出不同的性能。密度从 1470到 1920kg/
m3,相应的强度从 25.0到 83.5MPa。经测试的轻质混凝土的耐久性研究结果表明,尽管吸水率相当高,但与正常重
量的混凝土相比,可能存在相当的水渗透性和相当或更好的抗冻融性。然而,轻质混凝土实现良好耐久性的基本要
求是限制骨料的初始水分含量,并选择足够紧密的水泥基质。水泥基质和骨料的体积份额、水泥含量,甚至是混凝
土强度都是次要的。
