亚的斯亚贝巴市运营阶段高层建筑评估

摘要


为了在垂直方向上为工作和生活提供额外的建筑空间,建造了高层建筑。住在高层建筑有优点也有缺点。在
建设方面,高层建筑可以容纳更多离工作地点更近的人,从而减少工作行程和能源消耗。当我们看到不利的一面时,
高层建筑需要额外的设备和设施用于垂直运输、安全和停车位。如今,亚的斯亚贝巴的高层建筑建设正在迅速增长。
但在住宿期间,许多问题影响了建筑的运行,而建筑完工。本研究的目的是确定高层建筑的主要挑战;测量高层建
筑居住者的满意度;以及检查固定在高层建筑中的安全措施的存在和功能。这项研究涉及数据收集和分析的定性和
定量方法。为了收集定量数据,对高层建筑的业主和住户进行了问卷调查。对于定性方法,对有目的地选择的受访
者进行了深入访谈。此外,还进行了观察。最后,从亚的斯亚贝巴建设局的政策文件和报告等文件中收集了数据。
使用描述性统计分析收集的数据。本研究确定了高层建筑在运营阶段面临的主要挑战。研究结果表明,运营阶段的
关键问题是缺乏足够的停车位、垂直运输问题以及清洁和维护问题。研究结果有助于高层建筑的居住者以及整个建
筑行业了解高层建筑运营过程中的实际因素。
