结构混凝土用建筑和拆除废物产生的再生骨料: 成分、性能和生产

摘要


本文关注建筑和拆除废物作为混凝土粗再生骨料的回收。粗再生骨料可用作天然骨料的部分或全部替代品,
有助于循环经济,最大限度地减少垃圾填埋处理以及天然矿产资源的消耗。然而,建筑和拆除垃圾是一种质量不确
定的异质材料,将这种垃圾加工成再生骨料需要确保再生骨料具有适合混凝土的性能。本文总结了与粗再生骨料相
关的几个方面,具体涉及:(i)建筑和拆除废物的典型组成;(ii)不同类型的成分对再生骨料和再生骨料混凝土性
能的影响;(iii)混凝土中使用的再生骨料的要求;(iv)再生骨料的生产方法。有人认为,粗再生骨料是一种合适的
建筑材料,具有足够的质量,即使在其生产中使用通用设备,并且建议将初步分离作为确保骨料质量的关键操作。
