数控渐进单点翻边在板料成形中的应用

摘要


数控单点翻边是指沿曲线或直线将薄板胚料边部或胚料上的预制孔边部窄带区域的材料弯折成竖边的塑性加工方法。翻边可以用来制作装配孔,提高零件刚度、强化大型钣金件的边部强度,制作特定形状的部件等,作为板料成形中重要的加工工艺,在各行各业有着十分广泛的应用。翻边可以用来制作装配孔,提高零件刚度、强化大型钣金件的边部强度,制作特定形状的部件等,作为板料成形中重要的加工工艺,在各行各业有着十分广泛的应用。本文介绍了当前数控渐进单点翻边工艺在板料成形中发展情况及不同翻边工艺。
