摘要：在严峻的就业形势下，中国高校毕业生的就业问题是复杂多面性的。其中，他们的职业适应力和离职倾向问题不容小觑，这影响到个体的职业生涯发展情况。本文通过问卷调查的形式进行实证研究，通过SPSS等软件对数据进行整理和分析，探讨他们的现状以及人口学因素对他们的影响。

Abstract: Under the severe employment situation, the employment problem of Chinese college graduates is complex and multifaceted. Among them, their career adaptability and turnover intention can not be underestimated, which affects the individual's career development. This paper conducts empirical research in the form of questionnaire survey, organizes and analyzes the data through SPSS and other software, and discusses their current situation and the impact of demographic factors on them.
