福建省应届大学生实习经验对职业期望的影响：以自我效能感为中介

摘要

本研究旨在探讨应届大学生实习经验对职业期望的影响，并以自我效能感作为中介变量。采用问卷调查的方式，
选择研究对象为中国福建省 4 所高校的应届毕业生，共发放有效问卷 373 份，并运用回归分析来分析各变量之间的关系，
并验证研究假设。研究结果发现：1、应届大学生实习经验与自我效能感对职业期望有正向且显著的影响；2、自我效能感
在大学生实习经验与职业期望的关系中，中介效果存在，且为部分中介。最后，本研究针对前述的研究结果进行讨论，并
提出研究建议与未来研究方向。
