从大五人格测试个案出发分析教师人格对教学的影响

摘要


本文以大五人格测试模型为基础,以作者个人测试结果作为个案,主要分析了教师人格特质中责任心、外向性、神经质三个因子变量与教师工作表现以及教师效能感之间的直接联系,并尝试依据此做出相应的解读,对寻求更高教师效能感给出建议。
