埃及高等教育机构管理革新：企业资源规划（EPR）系统

摘要

埃及高等教育机构种类多、基数大，加之国内外学生对高等教育的期望不断上升，对大学的高效运作的要求也越来越迫切。这就要求相关高校机构不断提高教学工作质量，不断进行高效管理改革，从而更好地提供教育培训工作。在此背景下，埃及高等教育机构在运营工作中创新性地引入了企业资源规划系统（ERP），对其提升服务能力发挥了重要作用。本研究介绍了ERP管理系统的优点，阐明了在高等教育机构，特别是埃及高等教育机构实施ERP系统所发挥的作用以及面临的挑战和问题，并从高校的角度提出对ERP系统的融入提出建议，以期为高校管理系统的创新提供实证借鉴。
