小学教育人才培养模式的文献综述

摘要


小学教育人才培养是教育领域的研究热点。本文综述国内外研究现状,旨在为教育实践提供理论支持。近年来,国内研究集中于小学教育人才培养目标、课程体系和实践教学等方面,国外学者聚焦人才培养模型构建、专业能力、特定能力培训等,并获得了相应的研究成果,但是在创新性研究缺乏、人才培养模型缺少实践、国际视野不足、研究视角具有局限性等方面还需进一步加强和完善。未来,国内外小学教育人才培养研究需加强交流合作,借鉴国际经验,结合国情构建特色模式;并关注政策调整和社会需求变化,不断优化培养模式,以适应时代发展。
