小学教育人才培养模式的文献综述

摘要

小学教育人才培养是教育领域的研究热点。本文综述国内外研究现状，旨在为教育实践提供理论支持。近年来，国内研究集中于小学教育人才培养目标、课程体系和实践教学等方面，国外学者聚焦人才培养模型构建、专业能力、特定能力培训等，并获得了相应的研究成果，但是在创新性研究缺乏、人才培养模型缺少实践、国际视野不足、研究视角具有局限性等方面还需进一步加强和完善。未来，国内外小学教育人才培养研究需加强交流合作，借鉴国际经验，结合国情构建特色模式；并关注政策调整和社会需求变化，不断优化培养模式，以适应时代发展。
