跨文化理论视角下旅美华人的语用能力适应性研究

摘要

问候语是人际交往中最先被使用的用语，也是外语学习者在外语学习过程中最初习得的语言表达。能否得体地运用问候语体现语用能力的高低。然而，在现实生活中，旅居海外的华人在相当长的时间里，使用和应对英语问候语时会表现出一定的不适应性。本文通过调查旅美华人在使用英语问候语中的表现，从“跨文化适应”理论来分析他们在运用英语问候语同本族语使用者打招呼时不适应的原因，发现限制外语学习者语用能力提高的主要因素，克服限制因素对语用能力提高的影响，为外语教学中提高语用能力的带来启发。
