国外体育教师信念研究及启示

摘要


体育教师信念是推动体育与健康课程改革、促进体育教师专业发展的关键因素,然而我国关于体育教师信念的理论与实证研究仍处于起步阶段。为此,本研究以国外体育教师信念相关文献为基础,探析该研究领域的现状特征,以期为我国开展体育教师信念研究提供一定参考。研究发现,体育教师信念的相关研究主要围绕体育教师对体育课程目标的信念、体育教师信念的发展与演变、以及体育教师信念与教师行为之间的关系3个主题;在研究方法上,以量化和质化相结合的混合研究方法日益成为趋势。基于上述发现,本文为我国开展体育教师信念研究提供了3个建议。
