摘要

this paper first introduces the connotation of high division education “UGS trinity” theme, further analyzes the current “UGS trinity” high teacher education talent training mode, finally studied the high teacher “UGS trinity” talent training mode of specific path, and from the construction of open professional talent training ideas, the creation of diversified comprehensive talent cultivation mechanism in detail, for reference only.
