科学贯穿儿童早期教育和发展的生命历程

摘要


儿童早期发展项目的协调性和质量各不相同,获取机会不足且不公平,尤其是对于3岁以下的儿童。基于
对发育迟缓和贫困的替代指标的新估计表明,低收入和中等收入国家的2.5亿5岁以下儿童(43%)面临无法发挥其
发展潜力的风险。因此,迫切需要增加质量规划的多部门覆盖范围,包括健康、营养、安全和保障、响应式护理和
早期学习。公平的幼儿政策和计划对于实现可持续发展目标以及儿童发展成为健康和富有成效的成年人所需的智力
