合欢树皮水提取物替代肉鸡日粮中的抗生素饲料 添加剂血液学、血清指数和氧化状态

摘要


对375只1日龄肉鸡(Ross 308)的混合性别进行了血液学、血清生化指标和氧化状态的研究,探讨了合欢
树皮水提取物作为抗生素饲料添加剂替代物在肉鸡日粮中的作用。在完全随机设计中,鸟类被分为五组,每组十五
(15)只,每组五个重复。治疗1(基础饮食 0%ATSM)、治疗2(基础饮食 1.2克土霉素/升水)、治疗3(基础饮
食 每升水10毫升ATSM),治疗4(基础饮食 20毫升ATSM每升水)和治疗5(基础饮食 30毫升ATSM/升水),
试验持续56天。一些血液学参数的结果显示,红细胞(RBC)、包细胞体积(PCV)、血红蛋白(Hb)、平均红细胞
体积(MCV)、平均血红蛋白(MCH)、平均血球血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)、白细胞(WBC)及其差异在治疗组间
有显著性差异(P
