通过风化的波纹石棉水泥屋顶的石棉纤维

摘要


从挪威南部一所家庭收集的材料样本中,本文研究了60年历史的波纹石棉水泥屋顶中石棉纤维的情况。样
本包括屋顶本身的碎片,模拟雨水流失和屋顶表面生长的苔藓。本文也对雨水系统下方的风化屋顶碎片进行研究,
以寻找从屋顶浸出的石棉纤维,并收集空气样本以寻找环境空气中的石棉浓度。通过扫描电子显微镜获得的显微照
片显示,暴露在风化的屋顶表面上的石棉纤维,在径流水和风化屋顶碎片样本中发现的大量纤维表明,暴露的纤维
容易发生磨损。通过扫描电子显微镜能量色散X射线光谱对从苔藓,屋顶底面和表面收集的石棉纤维进行风化引起
的镁耗竭的研究显示,纤维的MgO重量百分比与参考材料相当。因此,纤维的主要元素化学性质保持不变。我们的
研究结果表明,在处理旧的波纹石棉水泥屋顶时必须小心,因为石棉纤维可能会被释放出来。为了避免过多地接触
移动纤维,不应去除覆盖石棉水泥屋顶的苔藓。
